In the moderation area, you will take care of all players on the server network, as well as their questions and problems. During the individual phases of the application process, you will get to know the various areas of moderation and focus on specific areas.
Nevertheless, everyone works together towards the same goal, regardless of rank or phase: the development and maintenance of a long-term and pleasant gaming atmosphere and the associated professional support for the players of the server network.
If you would like to become a team member in the area of moderation, you should be able to devote a lot of time and motivation to helping the users of the server network. Above all, it is important that you have fun and patience in your tasks and in answering questions, some of which are repetitive. A self-confident and at the same time friendly demeanor towards the players is also required.
To become a team member in the moderation area, you must have a computer with recording capabilities and a decent internet upload.

- Write your application:
Submit a detailed application here outlining your motivation and previous experience. Copied applications from the Internet will not be evaluated and will be rejected.
- Test procedure for moderator work:
After a successful application, you will be invited to a special test procedure to check your skills and suitability for the moderator role.
- Invitation to an interview:
If you pass the test procedure, we will invite you to an interview to get to know you personally and discuss further details.
- Test phase as a Supporter (8 weeks):
After a successful interview, you will start an 8-week test phase as a Supporter, during which you will get to know all the systems and other factors.
- Moderator:
Once you have successfully completed the test phase, you will officially join the team as a moderator.
Important: Not everyone becomes a moderator. Becoming a moderator takes time and commitment, and not all supporters achieve this goal.
