We are specifically looking for PHP & Java developers for the development of games and frameworks for our Minecraft server.
As a developer at LightioMC.net, you will accompany your software from the idea to deployment and take responsibility for its further development.
Your profile:
- You are at least 16 years old and ready to take responsibility for projects
- You are able to work independently and purposefully on projects
- You are communicative and able to work in a team
- You are willing to regularly invest time in the LightioMC.net project.
Your skills:
- You have advanced knowledge of the PHP programming language or Java
- You are familiar with Pocketmine or Waterdog plugin development
- You are able to program asynchronously and thread-safe
- You are familiar with the basic concepts of object-oriented programming, design patterns are no stranger to you
Further knowledge that is an advantage:
- Knowledge of MySQL syntax
- Knowledge of PHP code conventions
or Knowledge of Java code conventions
- A nice personality(duh)
Please only apply if you have been developing for 1-2 years and have some experience.

- Write your application:

- Developer test procedure:
After a successful application, you will be invited to a special test procedure to check your skills and suitability for the Developer role.
- Invitation to an interview:
If you pass the test procedure, we will invite you to an interview to get to know you personally and discuss further details.
- Test phase as a Developer (1-2 weeks):
After a successful interview, you will start a 1-2 week test phase as a developer in which you will independently implement a small project.
If the project is successful, it will not be discarded but actively used on the server network!
If your application is rejected, you will usually receive a notification by email.
